We're super excited about this and want to share:
We are so grateful to be quoted again in the L.A. Times. Here's what we said Sunday, April 15th:
Most sellers are aware that the market has shifted, said Kim and Kristine Halverson, Keller Williams Realty Marina/L.A., but they still want top dollar for their home.
"That's a useful attitude," they said." The risk is that non-Realtors may lack market perspective matured by real estate experience. As a result, sellers often attempt to predict the future value of their home based on a few local real estate articles and conversations with friends."
It's important, the Halverson's said, to remind sellers that this is a business decision not only for them, but for any prospective buyers.
The article titled "Managing Seller Expectations" offered insight into today's residential real estate market. It is based on comments offered by more than three dozen members of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors.
We were also quoted in the LA Times "Homes" insert Sunday 2/25. Here's our quote:
"Wise buyers, like wise investors, know that timing is the key to success," said Kim and Kristine Halverson, Keller Williams Realty Marina/LA.
"If you wait too long," they said, "you lose an opportunity act too soon, it will be premature."
